Spider-Man: No Way Home

Whether you’re a Marvel fan or just a person with a cell phone, by now you’ve probably heard about the new Spider-Man movie.
As the days grow closer to the Spider-Man: No Way Home release date, December 17, 2021, fans have been going wild. With debut posts from starring actors Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon receiving millions of likes and views, this release is sure to be a smashing success. In addition, the official YouTube trailer, which aired four weeks ago, has gained over 60 million views leaving fans peaked with excitement for the highly sought out premiere.
Through a whirlwind of rumors, theories, and hopes for the new movie, it’s clear that Marvel has high expectations to live up to. When lead actor, Tom Holland, confirmed on his Instagram that “the multiverse is real,” fans (including myself) suspected that the movie would unveil characters only seen in previous Spider-Man movies. Now that the trailer has been released, confirmation of this theory has fans (quite literally) marveled. Returning villains from previous Spider-Man movies include Doctor Octopus, The Green Goblin, and Electro.
Now, one of the most widespread rumors (that still remains unconfirmed by Marvel Studios) is the chance of guest appearances by previous Spider-Man actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. With the official trailer already revealing the appearance of previous villains played by the same actors, this rumor has only grown in popularity. This creates an interesting concept because having these actors could tie together the different dimensions of the spider-verse.
It’s clear to see that No Way Home, through its built up excitement and promising unknowns, has fans on the edge of their seats. Now, with tickets on sale, it’s the perfect time to reserve your spot in the theater and see what all the rage is about (and if you’re anything like me, your tickets are already good to go!).
It’s time to experience the multiverse!
